Ways to lift your mood

Every now and then life is going to come at you with bad days, bad moods or bad moments. And it’s so easy to get so down…Even thought you need to accept these weird feelings, you also need to clear your mind of dwelling on negative or regretful thoughts and make you feel positive about life. Here are 15 things you can do that will help to improve your mindset.

 

  1. Listen to some good, cherry up music and have a dance party all by yourself
  2. Watch a good TVShow
  3. Grab your favorite warm beverage from the nearest cafe, or make your own beverage
  4. Buy yourself some flowers
  5. Go for a walk and take your dog with you (if you have one)
  6. Light some candles
  7. Read an uplifting book
  8. Have a home spa day
  9. Do something creative
  10. Do more of the things you normally enjoy (even if they no longer seem appealing)
  11. Count your blessings
  12. Go for a run
  13. Make a dream board
  14. Remind yourself that shit happens, but you’ll be okay
  15. Remind yourself that you control your life and your happiness.

    Eu de obicei ascult muzica, ma uit la serialele preferate sau citesc o carte.

    Foarte bune metodele tale pentru a-ți schimba starea de spirit! Eu ma uit la filme, comedii, desenez, citesc sau ma plimb in natura. 😍

    Foarte frumos articolul. Eu prefer sa scriu, sa urmaresc clipuri pe YT care ma binedispun, sa ies din casa sa beau o cafea…lucruri marunte care ma ajuta

    Foarte draguta lista ta. Și obișnuiesc să ascult muzica sau sa citesc pentru a-mi schimba starea.

    Hmm, citesc cărți, ascult muzică veselă, ies la plimbare, lucrez pentru idealul meu, beau o cafea bună în timp ce meditez sau mă uit la un serial care îmi place pe întuneric cu lumini aprinse. Nu sunt cea mai optimistă persoană, dar încerc să fiu tot mai bună la asta. Toate de mai sus mă ajută.

    Imi place să gătesc deserturi și să le impart cu cei dragi. Imi place mult sa citesc si sa ma plimb.

    My best way to cheer up is watching comedy movies, listen to some happy songs and sing and taking long walk by the river. If I have the sea around my mood is lifted instantly

    Super lista ta. Conteaza sa ne dezvoltam putin cate putin, si eu mai am momente in care ma simt oribil, dar incerc rapid sa mi revin si sa nu stau in acea stare prea mult, ca nu e deloc sanatos.

    Când am o zi proastă, fac cam tot ce ai scris tu în listă, în funcție de starea de atunci. Îmi trec lista prin minte și mă opresc la o metodă de revival adaptată momentului respectiv. 🙂
